Spotlight on Automation: BekDi’s History of Excellence in Industrial Projects

BekDi is not just a name; it’s a symbol of automation perfection. Since its establishment in 2020, our company has engineered a suite of projects that have not only transformed industries but also raised production standards. Our project portfolio is a testament to our commitment to innovation and efficiency in industrial automation projects.

Here’s a glance at some of our groundbreaking projects:

  1. KazPhosphate Production Facility – Taraz:
Breaking new ground in the fertilizer industry, we drafted comprehensive project and cost estimation documentation for the construction of a production facility with an annual capacity of 500,000 tons of MAP (Monoammonium Phosphate). Project management at KazPhosphate underscored our ability to handle industrial-scale automation aligned with stringent standards and tailor-made requirements.
  2. KazPhosphate’s Expansion for MAP and Ammophos:
Our dedication to expanding the horizons of chemical production is reflected in our detailed work on the control system documentation for the ‘Ammophos Production Unit’ and the ‘Finished Product Warehouse’ as part of the project scaling to a half-million-ton capacity. These process control system installations showcase our prowess in enhancing production flows with exceptional precision.
  3. Pellet Production Control System – NdFeB Plant, Taraz:
We designed the working project for implementing an automated control system (ACS) in Workshop No. 2 for agglomerate production. An ACS project where cutting-edge technology meets robust design, proving that BekDi is at the forefront of delivering advanced solutions for complex industrial challenges.
  4. Migration Project Execution – Manufacturer Standards:
Our ability to adhere to the manufacturer’s standards was proven through the development of execution documentation. This project required a deep understanding of both the existing systems and the new standards, ensuring a seamless transition in technology migration.
  5. Pomegranate Seed Drying Line – AZNAR, Azerbaijan:
Showcasing our versatility, we took on the pomegranate seed drying line project for AZNAR under the name of T. Akhmedov. It’s a reflection of innovative engineering marrying food industry needs with cutting-edge automation.
  6. Pectin Production Plant – Uzbekistan:
From concept to commissioning, we have put our mark on the global stage with the design and supply of equipment for a pectin production plant. This project not only highlights our international reach but also our capacity to deliver specialized solutions across borders.
